My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were perfect for any solo traveler, nicely furnished, clean, and stylish, and I loved the iPad control for curtains and lighting. However, the room was a bit small and narrow, making it hard to keep the suitcase open; also, more shelves would have been useful. The service was friendly and helpful, though the touchscreen interface was mediocre. The location was super convenient, close to the city center and major attractions but not so great for finding nearby eateries. The dining options were refined but seemed expensive, and it was a bummer that the same dishes were offered daily for a price of 20$.
The hotel has a great location near a subway station and is close to tourist attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, accessed via a tablet, are modern and suited for the value, although they are small and lack adequate storage space. The service provided by the staff, particularly Hazim and Ahmad, is exceptional and welcoming, despite a mediocre designed touchscreen interface. The dining experience is good overall, with a consistent menu but lacking in warmth at times. The location is excellent for accessing museums and tourist spots but falls short in terms of nearby dining options.
